If a county is not listed in the catalog, submit it through the unavailable county request section and our team can follow up on sourcing options.

Yes. The current cart is intended for annual probate and divorce file access.

Yes. For statewide coverage, bulk county requests, or custom pricing, use the rep request form and our team will follow up.

Who should use the cart versus request a rep?
The cart is best for standard available county selections. The rep request form is better for broader coverage needs or more customized requests.

Coverage & Purchase Notes

  • County availability varies. Coverage differs by county and state. If you need a market we do not currently collect, we’re happy to review it and research possible sourcing options.
  • Volume discounts are available. Larger quantities of records may qualify for discounted pricing depending on total volume.
  • Delivery is typically weekly. While many probate data providers deliver monthly, The Warren Group delivers records on a weekly basis, as long as new records have been added since the previous delivery.
  • Real estate-related filings only. We collect probate and divorce filings associated with real estate, not all filings.
  • Historical data may be available. This program is primarily structured as a go-forward annual subscription, but historical one-time lists may also be available upon request.
